An Sinh 1.1.7

The An Sinh application acts as a direct bridge for citizens to access the City's public health center. Through An Sinh, individuals can directly submit their urgent requests for assistance. Types of urgent requests that can be sent via the application include:

1. Requests for essential supplies assistance, medical support requests when in need of emergency medical vehicles, oxygen tanks, medication, medical equipment for Covid-19 prevention, and emergency requests for critical situations.
2. An Sinh also provides a feature to track the status of requests so that citizens can have detailed and specific information for each request sent: Have these requests been received or not? Specifically, at what time were they received? Which requests are pending processing, approved, invalid, or completed are all noted and specifically communicated to registered users.
3. Furthermore, An Sinh offers shortcuts to help citizens quickly access useful communities such as charitable groups, medical support, free meals, and communal support networks during challenging times so that they can contact directly or submit requests through the application to receive timely assistance, advice, or relief.
4. With the integrated SafeID (lite) feature, citizens can update their personal safety information and manage their exposure history and related Covid-19 risks in real-time. The SafeID (lite) feature in An Sinh operates on the principle of a social network, with user safety status and contact history at its core. The user's safety score is evaluated based on three main indices: self-declared health status, contact history safety index, Covid-19 test safety index, and one additional index: domicile safety index. All user information related to Covid-19 risks is updated in real-time through the application's tracing matrix to provide useful information and effective warnings to support users in real time.
5. Users can also interact with each other, interact with destinations to record contact history, disclose health statuses publicly for self-protection and societal protection. An Sinh is completely FREE for citizens.
